Welcome to Diesel Tech & Bodyworks, operating as Central Florida Upfitters (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (www.centralflupfitters.com), products, and services, including truck upfitting, fabrication, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Definitions

  • Customer, you, your – any person or entity that purchases or uses our Services.

  • Products – any truck bodies, containers, equipment, or fabricated items we manufacture or sell.

  • Services – any fabrication, upfitting, repair, or related work we perform.

3. Use of Our Website and Services

You agree to:

  • Use our website and Services for lawful purposes only.

  • Not engage in fraudulent orders, false claims, or intellectual property violations.

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason consistent with applicable law.

4. Quotes, Orders, and Payment

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

  • A deposit may be required before work begins; the remaining balance is due upon completion or before delivery.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, certified funds, bank transfer, or approved credit terms.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Pricing and Changes

We strive for accuracy, but prices are subject to change without notice due to material costs, labor rates, or other factors.
If an error in pricing occurs after an order is placed, we will notify you and allow you to confirm or cancel your order.

6. Delivery, Transportation, and Lead Times

  • Lead times are estimates and may vary due to material availability, workload, or unforeseen delays.

  • Transportation can be arranged by us at the customer’s request, with costs either quoted separately or included in the invoice.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery or pickup.

7. Returns, Cancellations, and Custom Orders

  • Custom orders, fabricated products, and installed equipment are non-refundable.

  • Order cancellations after production begins may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Any returns must be pre-approved and may be subject to restocking charges.

8. Warranty

We offer a 1-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty on new products we manufacture, covering defects in workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, or neglect.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Third-party components (covered by their manufacturer’s warranty).

To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of income, profits, or business opportunities.

  • Any damages exceeding the purchase price of the product or service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, designs, logos, and product descriptions, is our property or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written consent.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Florida, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
