A deposit may be required before work begins; the remaining balance is due upon completion or before delivery.

Accepted payment methods include cash, certified funds, bank transfer, or approved credit terms.

5. Pricing and Changes
We strive for accuracy, but prices are subject to change without notice due to material costs, labor rates, or other factors.
If an error in pricing occurs after an order is placed, we will notify you and allow you to confirm or cancel your order.
6. Delivery, Transportation, and Lead Times

Lead times are estimates and may vary due to material availability, workload, or unforeseen delays.

Transportation can be arranged by us at the customer’s request, with costs either quoted separately or included in the invoice.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery or pickup.
7. Returns, Cancellations, and Custom Orders

Custom orders, fabricated products, and installed equipment are non-refundable.

Order cancellations after production begins may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Any returns must be pre-approved and may be subject to restocking charges.
8. Warranty
We offer a 1-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty on new products we manufacture, covering defects in workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:

Damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, or neglect.

Normal wear and tear.

Third-party components (covered by their manufacturer’s warranty).
To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Any damages exceeding the purchase price of the product or service.
